Terms of Service for LTCH Chat App — rules and guidelines for using our service

1. Acceptance of Terms
#

By accessing or using LTCH Chat App (the “App”), operated by HMN Business Household (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service
#

LTCH Chat App provides a web-based dashboard that allows Facebook Page administrators to:

  • View and manage incoming messages from multiple Facebook Pages in a centralized inbox
  • Send replies to customer messages via the Facebook Messenger Platform
  • Manage connected Pages and their webhook subscriptions
  • Receive real-time notifications of new messages

The App is accessed via a web browser and requires a Facebook account with Page management permissions.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Eligibility
#

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid Facebook account
  • Be an administrator or editor of the Facebook Pages you connect
  • Comply with Facebook’s Terms of Service and Platform Policies

3.2 Acceptable Use
#

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for legitimate customer support and communication purposes
  • Respond to messages within the Facebook Messenger 24-hour messaging window
  • Not use the App to send spam, abusive content, or unauthorized advertisements
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

3.3 Prohibited Activities
#

You may not:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to access another user’s account or data
  • Interfere with the App’s security features
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App
  • Use the App to harvest or collect user data without consent

4. Account Registration
#

To use the App, you must log in with your Facebook account. By doing so, you authorize us to:

  • Access your Facebook profile information (name, email, profile picture)
  • Access the list of Facebook Pages you manage
  • Read and respond to messages on your connected Pages
  • Manage webhook subscriptions for your Pages

You may disconnect any Page or revoke access at any time through the App’s Settings or your Facebook App Settings.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by HMN Business Household. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App without our written consent.

6. Privacy
#

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Third-Party Services
#

The App integrates with Facebook’s Graph API and Messenger Platform. Your use of the App is subject to:

We are not responsible for the availability or actions of these third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability
#

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HMN Business Household shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions, bugs, or technical issues
  • Actions taken by Facebook/Meta affecting the App’s functionality

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Termination
#

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms
  • Modify or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time

Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, unless retention is required by law.

10. Changes to Terms
#

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law
#

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
