LTCH Chat App — User Guide

Step-by-step instructions on how to use LTCH Chat App to manage your Facebook Page messages

Welcome to LTCH Chat App! This guide walks you through everything you need to know to start managing your Facebook Page messages efficiently.

1. Logging In
#

  1. Go to pagechat.loptoancohanh.com.
  2. Click the “Login with Facebook” button.
  3. A Facebook Login dialog will appear. Review the permissions requested:
    • Access your Pages and profile
    • Read and reply to messages
    • Manage Page webhooks
  4. Click “Continue as [your name]” to proceed.
  5. You’ll be redirected to the LTCH Chat App dashboard.

Note: We only request permissions that are strictly necessary for the app to function. Your data is encrypted and never shared with third parties.

2. Connecting a Facebook Page
#

After logging in for the first time:

  1. Your list of managed Pages will appear automatically in the sidebar on the left.
  2. Click on any Page to select it as your active Page.
  3. The app will automatically subscribe to webhooks for that Page so incoming messages appear in real time.

If you don’t see your Pages, click the Settings icon in the sidebar and use the “Connect a New Page” option.

3. Viewing Conversations
#

Once a Page is connected:

  1. The Inbox tab displays all conversations from the selected Page.
  2. Conversations are sorted with the most recent message at the top.
  3. Unread conversations are highlighted to help you prioritize responses.
  4. Use the search bar at the top to find specific conversations by customer name or message content.
  5. Use the filter toggle to show only unread conversations.

4. Replying to Messages
#

To reply to a customer:

  1. Click on any conversation in the list to open it.
  2. View the full message history in the chat panel on the right.
  3. Type your reply in the text input at the bottom.
  4. Press Enter or click the Send button to send your message.
  5. The customer will receive your reply in their Facebook Messenger inbox instantly.

Tip: You can also see when the customer is typing through the real-time typing indicator.

5. Managing Multiple Pages
#

If you manage multiple Facebook Pages:

  1. Use the Page selector dropdown in the sidebar to switch between connected Pages.
  2. Each Page maintains its own separate inbox, conversations, and settings.
  3. You can disconnect a Page at any time from the Settings page.

6. Archiving Conversations
#

To keep your inbox organized:

  1. Open a conversation you want to archive.
  2. Click the Archive button in the conversation header.
  3. The conversation will be moved out of your active inbox.
  4. You can still access archived conversations if needed.

7. Disconnecting a Page
#

If you need to remove a Page from LTCH Chat App:

  1. Go to Settings from the sidebar navigation.
  2. Find the Page you want to disconnect in the list.
  3. Click “Disconnect” next to that Page.
  4. Confirm the action — the Page will be removed and its webhook unsubscribed.

8. Logging Out
#

To log out of LTCH Chat App:

  1. Click your profile avatar or name in the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Select “Log Out” from the menu.
  3. You’ll be returned to the login screen.
